Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. 

After 24 hours, orders are automatically sent to processing and cannot be changed or canceled.If a cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & 60-Day Guarantee

We offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee starting from the date of delivery.

However: 

Customers must use the product for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return.

Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Items must not show excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Panorly reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect address provided at checkout

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Failure to retrieve the package from the local post office

Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events

Minor variations in color, size, or design due to screen display differences

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

If approved, we will offer a replacement. Refunds for damaged items are issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact us at support@panorly.com before filing a dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered fraudulent and will be contested with all relevant proof of delivery and customer communication.
