Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders are automatically sent to processing and cannot be changed or canceled.If a cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns & 60-Day Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee starting from the date of delivery.
However:
Customers must use the product for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return.
Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Items must not show excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
